Our non-negotiables are integrity, respect for each individual’s dignity, extraordinary competence and drive, and good allyship—defined as being open to connecting with others, contributing to our collective wisdom, respecting personal and professional boundaries (never pitching or mining contacts), conducting oneself with decorum while staying down to earth, and being mindful that while we all share a thread of commonality we do not all share the same backgrounds (geographically, economically, racially, culturally, and psychologically).
